  • Input open house dates (if applicable)
  • Add virtual tour link or property website
  • Set up ShowingTime or equivalent scheduling platform
  • Sync lockbox with Supra,  Sentrilock, or other system
     

Listing Launch & Support

  • Coordinate with agent on listing live date/time
  • Change listing status to "Active" when ready
  • Email MLS live link to seller once active
